Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in your country.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorization on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail or prior to purchase.
If you refuse a shipment from OLI & KUBO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to OLI & KUBO. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
OLI & KUBO is not responsible for returns that are not received.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard information as outlaid under FAQs.
Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in Australia.
30 Days Returns
OLI & KUBO gladly accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of OLI & KUBO
Our linens, cottons are all hand dyed so there will be variations in batches of fabric colour. Also, the computer screen or mobile phone that you look at our products on may not truly represent the actual colours that they are in real life. Even though we try to photograph them to capture the closest possible match sometimes, there may be a slight variation which adds to the uniqueness of each piece. We are happy to send any further images should you want a closer look at any item, do contact us email@example.com. We do not accept a return based on colour discrepancy.
We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. OLI & KUBO is not responsible for returns that are not received.
'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process. Please note that our boutiques are unable to process returns for online orders.
To return an item, simply send us an email stating the issue and if eligible for a refund under our terms & conditions our customer support team will contact you with instructions on how to send your item back to OLI & KUBO. Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or, if you wish, store credit.
If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded at a later date.
If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
You will receive a courtesy email update from OLI & KUBO as soon as your refund has been initiated.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
– Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only at OLI & KUBO.
– Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
– If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
– If you return any products, you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
– Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to OLI & KUBO at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing all details including proof of purchase, gift voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.
Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges. In the meantime, simply send your return back for a refund and re-order as you wish.
